Bottled Up
Glass Bottle
The secondary fermentation process in your bottles creates natural carbonation (that delightful fizz!) when sugar or juice is added. Our glass bottles are designed to withstand high-pressure.
Carbonation Cap
Our bottle caps feature a Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) built right into the caps. This feature provides an extra layer of safety by releasing pressure automatically if it reaches 65 psi.
PRV
We’ve carefully integrated the PRV into the cap’s design to maintain our bottle’s original aesthetic while adding this essential functionality. The cap looks just like a regular bottle cap and is fully removable for easy cleaning.
Heat
Just Warming Up
Kombucha ferments best in a consistently warm environment. The Fermenstation utilizes a low heating, temperature-controlled system to maintain steady warmth for the desired amount of days.

Ambient air sensors controls the heating pads to maintain that perfect goldilocks warmth (26-28C / 78-82F). Each side (F1/F2) operates its heating and timer functions separately. Once the timer finishes, the heating stops and the system enters standby mode.
