2-3 oz pineapple juice or
150 g pineapple
1 oz lime juice
Sugar
1-2 tbsp
Addition
2-4 drops coconut extract
NOTES
A classic beach vibe when you want mocktail energy
without the effort.
PREP TIPS
Avoid coconut milk. Coconut extract or syrups work better here.
Go light on the coconut. A little reads as “piña colada,” too much turns perfumey.
