150 g mango chunks
1 oz lemon or lime juice
150 g mango chunks
1 oz lemon or lime juice
Sugar
1-2 tbsp sugar or honey
Addition
1/8 tsp of tajin spice
NOTES
Juicy mango brings tropical sweetness while Tajín adds a kick of chili, lime, and salt.
PREP TIPS
Lightly mash the mango to release more juice for carbonation, and start with a small pinch of tajin.
